WORK SUB-COMMITTEE MEETING

The Work Sub-Committee members of Akuapem North Municipal Assembly converged at the Business Advisory Centre (BAC) Conference Hall on the 16th August, 2024 to deliberate on a number of ongoing projects including market sheds at Mamfe, Onyamebekyere and Konko communities

In addition, issues on Street Naming Exercise at the major communities in the municipality wide, came up for discussion. Again, the poor nature of some community roads was also thoroughly discussed with measures and suggestions for its improvement.

Finally, members suggest incentives and supports that the Works, Physical Planning and Urban Roads Departments need in carrying out its individual jurisdictions and also to facilitate revenue generating for the assembly came to fore.
