MUNICIPAL CHIEF EXECUTIVE ENGAGES WITH INSTITUTIONS IN THE AKUAPEM NORTH MUNICIPALITY

Hon. John Evans Ayerakwa Kumordzie the newly appointed Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of Akwapim North Municipal Assembly, undertook a familiarization and engagement tour across key institutions within the municipality on Tuesday 27th May 2025. The purpose of this exercise was to formally introduce himself as the new MCE and also to foster a healthy working relationship with various institutional heads while identifying the immediate challenges facing these institutions and exploring potential solutions. He was accompanied on the tour by the Deputy Coordinating Director and some selected Heads of Departments of the Assembly.

The MCE's team visited several institutions, including the National Insurance Authority (NIA), Ambulance Service, Ghana Immigration Service (GIS), Ghana Fire Service (GFS), Department of Co-operatives, Agric, Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ), National Commission on Civic Education (NCCE), Ghana Police Service among others.
